Utilizing the know-how of high-speed tools, we confidently carry out the treatment. Salt bath heat treatment has many advantages that vacuum heat treatment does not offer. Particularly for tools requiring toughness, such as drills and punches, there is currently nothing superior to salt bath heat treatment. Additionally, because salt bath heat treatment is processed sequentially rather than in batches, appropriate treatment is applied regardless of the size of the lot. As a result, we can flexibly accommodate small lots. Furthermore, the cooling capacity of the salt bath is very rapid, allowing for heat treatment of large items that is impossible with other heat treatment methods. A uniform heating state is achieved, resulting in stable quenching hardness. After heat treatment, all products undergo long hours of washing, pickling, and rust prevention neutralization.
